Mimmic Digital Ventures SL (“Mimmic Talent”, “we”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, keep and protect your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPD-GDD).

2. Data we collect

2.1. Contact form (companies)

Name, email, company, phone (optional) and your message.

2.2. Applications and CVs

Name, email, phone and LinkedIn profile (optional), your CV (which may include education, experience and other professional data), the job you apply for and your message.

2.3. Newsletter

Your email address and the language you subscribe in.

2.4. Technical browsing data

We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify users: it only collects aggregated data such as page views, country, browser type and referring site. To protect our forms from spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical browser signals without advertising cookies.

3.1. Contact

  • Purpose: to answer your enquiry about our services.
  • Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.
  • Retention: as long as needed to answer you, then 3 years to cover possible legal liabilities.

3.2. Applications

  • Purpose: to assess your application for the job you apply for and for other current or future searches that match your profile.
  • Legal basis: your explicit consent.
  • Retention: up to 2 years from submission. After that we delete or anonymise your data unless you renew your consent.

3.3. Newsletter

  • Purpose: to send you job offers, news and articles by email.
  • Legal basis: your consent, which you confirm by clicking the link we send you (double opt-in).
  • Retention: until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time from the link in every email.

3.4. Analytics

  • Purpose: to understand aggregated use of the website and improve it.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest. No cookies are used and no profiles are built.

4. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except:

  • Technology providers acting as processors under our instructions and with appropriate safeguards: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, storage of form submissions and CVs, spam protection and analytics), Resend (notification emails) and Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, newsletter).
  • Client companies: for candidates, your data may be shared with client companies running searches that match your profile, only with your express prior consent.
  • Legal obligations: when required by public or judicial authorities.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

5. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time, and withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Email dpo@mimmic.eu or write to our postal address stating which right you wish to exercise. If we have doubts about your identity we may ask for additional information. We will reply within one month, extendable by two months for complex requests.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

6. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted communications (HTTPS), private storage of CVs, an authenticated and restricted management area, and access limited to the staff who need it.

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes in our services. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
